Personal Holiday

Personal Holiday is used to set up a vacation, i.e. non-working time, for a Duty User. During the holiday, the corresponding Duty User will not be involved in the automatic assignment.

Add Personal Holiday

1、Click the Create button to bring up the Personal Holiday creation dialog box.

Duty User (required): Select which Duty User the vacation belongs to.

Holiday Start Time(Required): Set the start time of the holiday. For example: 2023-08-14 00:00.

Holiday End Time(Required): Set the end time of the holiday. For example: 2023-08-15 00:00.

Time Zone (required): Set the time zone for Personal Holiday.

Remark (required): additional remarks information.

2、A Personal Holiday is successfully added by clicking the Create button in the Create Personal Holiday dialog box.

Edit Personal Holiday

In the Action button on the far right of a Personal Holiday line, select Edit to open the Edit dialog. The Duty User cannot be changed, and the other options are the same as those described in Add Personal Holiday, click Save to save the settings.

Delete Personal Holiday

In the rightmost Action button of a Personal Holiday row, select Delete to open the Delete dialog box. Select Delete to confirm the deletion and Cancel to cancel the deletion.
